"Stop Labeling Yourself" - Day 1

First day started at 9 o'clock from breakfast. And it was perfect! Perfect is everything, starting from the place, where we live, all surrounding, ending with tasty food.
After breakfast we had introduction of project, some name games and group building activities. Then we made some rules, after with we shoud follow, and had a coffe break.
When we spent half of hour with coffe, talking about project and getting know better each other, we had an introduction game. During the game, we tried to find out more about each other, and it was quite fun. After we ended tris game, we made our expectations, motivations and obstacles wallpaper. Then was lunch :)
When we had some really good meal, we went by bus to small town called Otepaa. There was 4 groups of participants and we should fill up some tasks about stereotypes in Estonia. We where going around the town and asking peoples, what is their opinion, about discrimination and stereotypes in their country. I becamed our group leader, and taked this responsibility, to made the task as good, as we can do it.
During the mission we went to goverment building and had an interviev with town viceminister Andres Arike. He told us many interesting facts about Otepaa. It is really nice, that so small town is a winter capital of Estonia! Also last week there was a Wold Cup of Skiing, and in summer Otepaa will celebrate 900 years birthday.
When we comed back to the house, we made a debriefing session of day and after this we made our learning buddies & feedback session.
When  dinner was end we made a sauna party with some funny table games and hot estonian sauna with snowbathing. That was really unforgetable evening! I'm so excited of this training project and really waiting for next days of it. :)
